For this session we’ll do a deep-dive into the world of breathing - with a specific focus on Safety & Boundaries

Going back to a sense of safety in ourselves, deep calmness, and from there we'll explore what wants to come alive.

What to expect:

• We’ll open up the space and go through several exercises to make sure everyone feels connected to themselves and the others in the space.

• Then we'll be going on a breathwork journey using the conscious connected breath.

• All guided by deep and powerful music as you lie down and drift away.

• Afterwards we’ll take our time to deeply integrate, ending this adventurous journey together.

• An evening full of music, movement and deep connection.
