Breathwork is an amazing tool to improve your overall well being and helps you get a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. 🫁 💨

Our three sessions will cover the three main ways breathwork can be used:

  • Relaxation: How to relax your nervous system after a long day.

  • Activation: Get that “Hell yes!” feeling instantly.

  • Processing: Going one layer deeper and releasing some old energy.

In addition we will go over some useful breath-facts to improve your day to day breathing.

After every session, there will be a moment to integrate the experience, a very important part of breathwork.

How the series will roll out

Breathwork session 1, 14 October 2021 (1.5 hours)

In the first session we will briefly talk about how we should breathe in our day to day lives. And of course we will do a lot of breathing! We’ll practice 2x relaxation techniques, so we get to experience the effect the breath has on our nervous system.

Breathwork session 2, 28 October 2021 (30min)

This session will set you on fire! A short session in which we’ll use a specific technique that will supercharge your system for the day ahead. Let’s go!

Breathwork session 3, 11 November 2021 (1.5 hours)

In this session we’ll be breathing for over 40min consecutively, to really get access to our deeper self. By now you will be more familiar with the power of the breath. The journey we’ll be going on in this session will allow your nervous system to process whatever it is ready for…

Please note: You can join the classes at any point! Even if you miss one, you will still be able to enjoy the teachings of the rest. :)
